talk using messengers like MSN, YAHOO, SKYPE, etc.). She speaks
English as a second language, but fluently enough for teaching. Only
$4/hour with 1 minute rounding, that is, you will only need to pay for
the actual minutes the lesson has used. No pre-paid tuition. No
