Hi ZhouRenFa,
You are right, I think Yang style Tai Chi is the best for body health, balance and improvement. I have practised the Yang style Tai Chi for over 5 years and got some valud experence to improve my spirit to calm.
Yang style is created by Yang LuChan in old China which have many good health kung fu.
How long do you practice the yang style tai chi?
If you have any comment or idea, let me know. I will very glad to communicate to you for improving the skills of both of us. I think the tai chi learner should see that good communication is very important. |
